"I'll help you discover the parts of yourself that you may have missed along the way. You’re not alone. Let’s connect and heal together."
Do you ever find yourself stuck in the same habits, patterns, or thoughts? Do these sometimes lead to ruptures in your relationships, work, or overall well-being? You are not alone. We all develop ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that can be hard to recognize but deeply shape our lives. Therapy can help.
As your therapist, my goal is to help you connect with your authentic self. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the experiences, environments, and systems that have shaped how you see yourself. Together, we’ll uncover blind spots and strengthen the qualities that support your confidence, resilience, and agency.
This work can be challenging, so we’ll go at your pace. At times, I may gently encourage you to stretch beyond your comfort zone, because growth often happens in those moments. Research shows that the most important factor in therapy is the relationship itself. Building trust is where we start — because while sharing your inner world with another person can feel daunting, it can also be profoundly healing. I want to hear your story and help you discover the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.
A little about me: I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, where I focused on how systems and environments impact mental health — and how people remain remarkably strong and resilient despite these challenges. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, religious trauma, and life transitions. Because every person’s needs are unique, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
Life can feel overwhelming, and in difficult times it may seem like you have to face it all alone. You don’t. Therapy is a place where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Let’s connect and begin this work together.
