To achieve the future we deserve, sometimes we have to explore our past. Throughout our lives, we are shaped by our families, communities, and personal experiences, and we do our best to stay safe and keep moving forward. Unfortunately, not all of us are shown what happiness, healthy relationships, or healing looks like. Even for those of us who are, sometimes life hands us an overwhelming, painful experience we aren’t sure how to face alone. No one gives us a manual on how to navigate the world—but you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support you with compassion and curiosity, offering perspectives on your patterns of behavior and where they may have originated. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, values, and strengths so you can gain a deeper appreciation for your resilience and capabilities. I specialize in supporting people navigating complex and childhood trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, neurodivergence, addiction, and the lasting effects of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. My background includes working with children and adolescents, community-based therapy, and in addiction treatment for individuals managing mental health issues. I have a strong foundation for supporting clients of all ages, backgrounds, and distinct therapeutic needs. I practice with cultural humility and am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, particularly those finding their place along the gender spectrum. I also have experience working with people in non-traditional relationships, and I strive to create a space where every part of you is welcomed and respected.
In our work together, I draw from Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, mindfulness, and family systems approaches. These methods support healing by integrating mind and body while helping you develop practical skills, reconnect with your inner strengths, reduce shame, regulate your emotions, and deepen self-awareness.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships.
