Clinical Psychologist
Concentration in Personality Assessment & Trauma Treatment
Psych Lab is a small, collaborative group practice dedicated to:
- integrated diagnostics - so we don't miss important treatment targets
- attachment-based, trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy - aimed at deep healing & personality change (rather than solution-focused, symptom-targeted therapies)
- collaborative continuing education, ongoing consultation, and intentional practice
We’re looking for well-rounded psychologists and psychological associates experienced in both trauma-informed therapy and psychological testing.
We work with a lot of veterans and military families, as well as folks on disability. Our clients are traumatized and can be difficult, but tend to be very committed to working with us toward long-term healing, so you must love the excitement of challenging relational work to be a good fit.
We're a very nerdy crowd, very dedicated to learning together, and we want to work with others who are as passionate and involved as we are. If you're a compulsive reader, meditator, and fearless self-reflector — welcome home!
Community feeling is very important to us, so only people excited to join in on our lively weekly case consultations & study groups should apply. We work collaboratively as a team, and provide a culture of feedback and support.

What you’ll do:
