I've worked with people of all ages, and in my work I draw from a number of different therapeutic approaches to find what will help you as an individual. I'll be your partner in identifying ways you can relate to yourself and your circumstances in ways that help you feel better and get you better results. It may be that you already know what you need to do, but need help finding the confidence to take action. Wherever you're at in your process, I'll meet you there and help get you through to the next steps.
The space we create together in therapy is confidential, supportive, and open-minded. I won't tell you what to believe, but I will challenge you to really examine your own beliefs to see if they still fit with the life you're trying to live. With gentleness and mental flexibility, you can heal from the losses you've suffered and break free from patterns of frustration & unhappiness.
