Current events have significantly affected our ability to cope, manage anxiety, depression, and stress. In these times of digital communication, anxiety has risen, and we have lost touch with how we feel in our bodies affecting how we present ourselves to the physical world. Maybe you are lacking confidence communicating face to face, and struggle to express yourself to people in groups. If you feel you have lost touch with your emotional, physical, and social parts of yourself I am here to help you discover ways to be your best self. I hope I can guide you to connect to your spirit and soul, and find new outlets of healthy expression.
I consider therapy through the mind and body connection and importantly focus on your strengths and gifts. I am focused on helping you find your emotional, physical, and spiritual connection in times of stress, worry, grief, and transition. I consider a variety of modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and somatic release to best help you.
